Floodbags are a fantastic new invention for construction companies

Floodbags weigh just 0.2kg each and fold away in boxes of 5 or 10 and, but take them to the scene of a flood or somewhere you need to dam, immerse them in water and watch them inflate to become as tough as traditonal sandbags.
