We're delighted to announce that our stand was awarded a Certificate of Commendation by the judges at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
This is the first year we exhibited at this prestigious show and we're absolutely delighted. The stand was designed by Kim to demonstrate how much produce can be grown in EarthBoxes on a small city patio. We had 15 EarthBoxes on a 4 metre by 3 plot planted up with tomatoes, cucumbers, runner beans, sweetcorn, strawberries, lettuce, courgettes, chillis, peppers, mixed herbs, flowers, shrubs and an apple tree.
The plants were grown in EarthBoxes from seedlings by Mandy from Plant Connections at Roundstone Nurseries, whose plug plants are available to purchase at our online store.
The decking for the stand was supplied by TimberTech and contributed to the overall high standard of our stand.
